Q. How much do you charge for delivery?

A. Delivery is free when you spend £100. Otherwise £10.99

Q. What is your delivery area?

A. We deliver anywhere mainland UK. Islands will incur a surcharge. Overseas orders will have to be quoted for delivery costs.

Q. Can I order over the phone?

A. Of course, please call 029 2022 2202 Monday – Friday 9.30 – 18.30 and Saturday 9.30 – 17.30.

Q. When can I expect delivery of my order?

A. If we receive your order before noon, we will process and pack the same day for next day delivery Monday - Thursday. We do not send goods over the weekend to reduce the chance of breakage. 90% of deliveries are made next day.

Q. Do you deliver on Saturdays?

A. Yes, but there is a £15 surcharge imposed by our couriers which we have to pass on. Let us know at the time of ordering and we can arrange.

Q. Do you have a minimum order?

A. Yes, £50.

Q. What happens if my delivery is damaged by the courier?

A. Please notify us immediately of any damage. Replacements or refunds will be issued.

Q. What happens if I am out when the delivery arrives?

A. The courier will attempt to leave the delivery with a neighbour. However, if there is a safe place for the delivery to be left, please let us know with your order.
