- Orders over £100 (per delivery address) are delivered free of charge throughout the UK*. There is a minimum order of £50, any orders under £100 will be subject to a delivery charge of £10.99. Delivery can be expected between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday the next working day from order if ordered before 12pm. Saturday delivery costs an extra £15 per address, please call 029 20222202 to arrange Saturday deliverys. Ballantynes will pass on any re-delivery charges (£10.99) of any orders given incorrect address information that has been provided by the customer. We hold 95% of the wines in stock and make every attempt to deliver all orders within 24 hours, but on occasions wines will be out of stock. In this eventuality you will be contacted to offer a replacement or have the option to wait.

- Payment can be made via Visa or Mastercard and details must be provided at time of ordering, all orders however aren't processed until stocks are checked. All prices are inclusive of VAT (currently 17.5%) and with promotions are only valid on-line.

- Age Verification
- To register with Ballantynes Direct you must be at least 18 years old, during the account registration, you will be asked to provide your date of birth to verify this, which might be checked via electrol roll information.
