- Tasting Note: Birbet is produced from the native Piedmontese grape of Brachetto, a grape which has aromatic properties of roses and cinnamon. The wine is only partially fermented leaving sweetness and low alcohol with a slight fizz. This wine is best suited to fruit desserts, or simply drinking on its own.

- Tasting Note: Moscato d'Asti is an intensely aromatic sweet white made from partially fermented grape must. The wine has low alcohol of 5% and a slight fizz with a bouquet of elderflower and cinnamon. This wine is ideal for fruit desserts or for drinking on its own.

- Tasting Note: This is the 2nd wine of Chateau Rieussec, one of Sauternes' firat growths and also one of its richest wines. This is more delicate but shows the typical exotic fruits combined with barley sugar and caramel.

- Tasting Note: Certified organic. Richard Doughty's standard sweet wine which comes from an area close to Bergerac. Very much in the style of a Sauternes: coconut, creme brulee and pineapple aromas and a sweet rich palate.

- Tasting Note: A sweet, honeyed Vouvray made only in certain years when the climactic conditions are right, from late harvested, super-ripe grapes (about 60 grams per litre of residual sugar), but still have good acidity. Not quite a dessert wine, but will pair with blue cheese or duck foie gras.
