- Producer Description: Allegrini is one of Valpolicella's top producers. They are most well known for their powerful Amarones and single vineyard Valpolicellas. They make uncompromising wines, and everything is sourced from their own vineyards. There is a diffusion brand called Cortegiara which is from grapes sourced outside their own vineyards.
- Region Description: The Alpine region of Veneto is home to the great names of Italian wines such as Valpolicella, Amarone and Soave. The region is also the source of much of Italyﾒs Pinot Grigioﾒs output, and also the centre of Prosecco production.
